Multiple Award Schedule (MAS : Multiple Award Schedule)
- In relation to government procurement, in order to meet the diverse needs of each public institution, a contract system in which two or more people are contracted so that the demanding institution can select goods (demand goods) of the same or similar type in terms of quality, performance, efficiency, etc.
- A system in which a contract is concluded through negotiation with those whose delivery performance, management status, etc. meet certain standards, and customers freely select and purchase products directly at the Nara Market comprehensive shopping mall.
- Contracts are made with multiple companies (3 or more companies)
- Price reduction possible (less than 10% of competitive products among small and medium-sized businesses)
- Price discounts are available upon request for large quantities or during discount events.
- Stage 2 competition: Competition between small and medium-sized businesses when the expected one-time purchase amount exceeds a certain amount (planned purchase amount is 100 million won or more)
- General products: 50 million won or more / Small and medium-sized business manufactured items: 50 million won or more but less than 100 million won (optional)
- There is an upper limit on delivery requirements.
- Contract period: 3 years
