  • 1.Business operators discharging EOL PV modules are subject to report to local government

    When over all EOL PV module volume is above 5tons

  • 2.Apply for license
    • 1. Select and contract with EOL PV module recycler
    • 2. Register Allbaro System and certify registration
    • 3. Report EOL PV module discharge for workplace by online or offline
  • 3.Process EOL PV module through Allbaro System
    • 1. Complete a handover form for EOL PV module discharge
    • 2. Enter EOL PV module collection, transportation and processing information

*When over all EOL PV module volume is below 5tons

  • Business operators discharging waste modules are not subject to report
