The concept of the government e-procurement system refers to a system in which all steps, from registration of participating companies and bidding to contracts and payments, are processed via the Internet when public institutions purchase goods or contract for services such as facility construction.
From a company's perspective, registering once at the procurement single window allows them to receive integrated bidding information from all public institutions and participate in bidding. From a public institution's perspective, the entire process from purchase request to payment for self-executed procurement is provided. It refers to a system that operates on the Internet.
