Working and Learning Dual System

This is an education and training system in which companies hire young people who want to get a job as learning workers to train on-site and receive theoretical training at specialized high schools. If they complete this course, their qualifications in the field will be recognized.

Purpose of the Working and Learning Dual System
  • Provides customized systematic training by hiring young people who want to find employment as learning workers for the practical training required by industrial sites.
  • Secures the universality of the labor market by evaluating the capabilities of learning workers and recognizing their qualifications after the end of the training.
